  The staff were extremely professional and courteous however the food was lacking. I ordered the Super Burrito with ground beef. They needed to drain juice from meat before putting in tortilla wrap. Reddish juice came squirting out all in my plate. The re-fried beans were too salty. The hot sauce dip is not well spiced. Tastes like they put chili powder in everything and most americans prefer this spice in chili only. The cheese sauce on Burrito was great. They need honey in squeeze bottles. It took 10 minutes to get little packets open. Had to use my teeth to finally open them. I wouldn't be so critical however, I drove 16 miles just to eat there! Next time I go I will try something different.

  Don Juan's has got to be one of the most amazing place's I have worked the food is always made fresh daily and my employee's are some of the greatest people I have ever worked with. I've only been in Hughes springs for about a month now and they are the only business that didn't turn me down when I was looking for employment Don Juan's welcomed me with open arms I see myself working for this company for awhile.... So come in grad you one of our awesome margaritas and enjoy our great food and atmosphere
